"We have made the group, there may be more than a hundred (people)," he said in the South Jakarta District Court, Monday (10/12).

This also concerns the case of speech of hatred which now ensnares him as a defendant. In addition, there were also cases of hate speech which he called to ensnare Alfian Tanjung, Asma Dewi and other activists who were not pro-government.
When asked what was the purpose of the association, Dhani said to provide resistance to the Jokowi regime. He said the form of resistance in written form. This was because most of those who joined the community were social media activists.
"To provide resistance to the regime that indeed we suspect that article 28 ITE is indeed intended to arrest activists who are not pro-regime," he said.
Dhani is known to still undergo a trial as a defendant in a case of hate speech.
